3D printing
3D modeling and 3D printing are technologies used to create three-dimensional objects and structures. The first step is 3D modeling, where computer software is used to build a virtual, three-dimensional model. This model can be precisely edited and finalized down to the smallest detail, serving as a blueprint for the physical object.
Once the digital model is ready, it can be manufactured through 3D printing. This process builds the object layer by layer from materials like plastic, metal, or resin, following the model exactly. Currently, we use carbon fiber, nylon, PLA plastic, and metal-reinforced PLA in our work. This approach produces accurate, detailed, and functional results suited for a wide range of applications—from prototypes and spare parts to art pieces.
Metal Work
Our metalwork process begins with a 3D print, which is embedded in a heat-resistant casting compound. The 3D-printed mold is melted away, leaving a cavity for the metal. The metal is then heated, melted, and poured into this mold. Finally, the metal piece is cleaned and polished to achieve a refined finish.
Custom Orders
We offer custom orders for both plastic and metal pieces, creating decorative and functional parts for cars, boats, and unique interior design elements. We are ready to take on challenges, and as we continue to grow and develop our skills, we invite you to reach out and share your idea with us. We’ll let you know if we’re ready to bring it to life and provide a timeline for the project.
Every project is a new learning experience for us, and with each completed job, we gain valuable knowledge and become better equipped to handle increasingly challenging designs. Over time, our capabilities will continue to expand, allowing us to take on even more complex and unique custom work.
